Instructions For Your Halloween Bat Craft:

Step 1. Once you collected all of your supplies on the supply list, it’s time to get creative. Grab the black acrylic or paint and have your child paint the paper cup black.

If your child is younger, I recommend using a washable none, toxic black paint, such as this paint set. For example, my 8-year-old uses acrylics to paint, but my 5-year-old sticks with washable paint unless we are painting outdoors.

Step 2. Next, grab a black piece of paper and fold it in half. Use a marker or pencil to draw wings and then cut them out.

Step 3. Next, using bond paper, cut out (2) tiny triangles and (1) curvy piece. If you don’t have bond paper on hand, white printer paper also works as well.

These pieces will be the mouth and the teeth of the bat.
