- Scissors

- Cupcake liners
- Glue
- String or yarn
- Tape

How to Make a Spring Flower Wreath
1. Grab a Paper Plate
Grab your paper plate and cut out the center to create a ring like in the image below!

2. Paint the Paper Plate
Paint the paper plate ring green and set it aside to dry completely.

3. Cut Leafs
Cut leaf shapes from green construction paper.

4. Attach Cupcake Liners
Turn the cupcake liners inside out so they form colorful flower shapes. Then glue the cupcake liners around the dried paper plate ring.

5. Add Leafs
Glue the paper leaves around the wreath, tucking them between the cupcake liner flowers.

6. Add a string for Hanging
Tape or glue a piece of string to the back of the wreath.
