1. Paint Your Binoculars
We are going to start by grabbing both of your toilet paper tubes and painting them green. Then set them aside and allow them to dry completely.

2. Cut Out Shapes
Cut shamrock shapes from green construction paper and small circles from yellow paper to represent gold coins. For even more festive fun, grab some plastic gold coins and glue those on.

3. Glue Your Binoculars
Use your hot glue gun to attach the two green toilet paper rolls side by side to create binoculars.

4. Glue on Shapes
Kids can use the glue stick to attach the shamrock shapes and yellow circles onto the outside of the rolls.

Make learning at home stress-free! Grab our Preschool Busy Book, packed with engaging, ready-to-go activities.
5. Attach the Pipecleaners
Glue a green or yellow pipe cleaner along one open edge of the binoculars, wrapping it around the rim for decoration.
Repeat with another pipe cleaner on the opposite end.

7. Add String
Lastly, tape or glue a piece of string to the inside of the toilet paper rolls to create a strap. And there you go! You’ve completed your leprechaun binoculars! Now go find a leprechaun!
